Dibs is currently in an early-access period and is completely free to use.

When we move to billing, it will cost $5 per client per month (unlimited users).

If a subscription expires, all data remains fully accessible, but it will not be possible to enter new data until the subscription is active again.

We're often asked whether it will be possible to use NDIS funds to pay for Dibs. Whether a support is claimable depends on the participant's plan and how it's managed - which we're not across - so we can't advise on that. Your plan manager, support coordinator, or the NDIA are the right people to confirm what your plan allows. If it helps, we can issue a standard invoice for you or your plan manager to use.
