How can I learn to use Dibs?
How does Dibs keep my personal information private?
All sensitive information is handled with the utmost care and we are fully compliant with the
Australian Privacy Principles.
Only users explicitly granted access by a 'Master' user can view the data. 'Master' users may revoke that access at any time.
See
this link for our full Privacy Policy.
How does Dibs keep my personal information secure?
All data in transit and at rest is secured with 256-bit encryption, the same standard used by banks.
The service is hosted exclusively on servers located in Australia by Amazon Web Services, which has ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
How can I withdraw my consent for Dibs to handle my personal information?
You can delete your information at any time, by accessing your client record, clicking 'Edit Client Details' and then 'Delete this Client'.
Please note that all deletions are permanent.
I believe Dibs is being used to collect my personal information without my consent. What can I do?
Contact us for assistance.
We will first need to verify your identity, and we will then put a hold on the client record until the matter can be resolved (meaning no-one can write, access or delete this information).
The user who created the client record on your behalf will be required to provide us with evidence that they had your express written consent to collect this information on your behalf.
If the user cannot provide this, their access to the service will be revoked.
You will be given the option to take over control of your information, or for all information to be deleted.
What is the protocol in the event of a notifiable data breach?
We take the security of your information very seriously. However you should be aware that no system is 100% secure and data breaches are always a possibility.
In the event of a Notifiable Data Breach Dibs will inform all affected users and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, in accordance with the
Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
How much does the service cost?
We are currently in early-access period and the service is completely free. Starting from December 2025 we will move to a subscription model, charging $5 per client per month.
If your subscription expires, you will still be able to access all your information, edit forms and grant/revoke access to others. However staff will not be able to add any new shift reports until the subscription is active again.
When early-access ends, will I be able to use my NDIS/NDIA funds to pay for this?
You choose how to pay. We don’t lodge claims with the NDIA or send invoices to plan managers. Please discuss with your support coordinator if your NDIS Plan funds can be used to pay for this service.
Can I use this service if I live outside of Australia?
No — this service is currently only available to people living in Australia. If you're interested in using it from another country, feel free to
contact us and let us know. We’ll keep you in mind as we explore expanding internationally.
How can I see who has access to my information?

I have feedback/want to request a feature.
